Cancellation Policy

At BSMC we endeavour to try and accommodate every patient that calls for an appointment. It is for this reason we request that anyone not able to attend their appointment, that we are notified at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to offer this appointment to someone else.

Payment Details

Payment is always expected and must be paid at the end of the consultation. This also includes consultations relating to workcover injuries presenting at the practice. Patients will be liable for the payment at the end of each consultation, until their workcover provider accepts liability for the medical consultations. The surgery accepts cash and the credit cards: visa & MasterCard. Cheques are not accepted. If you are experiencing financial difficulties please speak to the practice manager or your doctor.

New Patients

Our doctors are happy to accept all new patients at our clinic. When attending the practice it would be appreciated if you could arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so we can register your details before you see the doctor. Please make sure you bring your Medicare card, and your Health care or pension cards. If you do not have a H/C/C or pension card, please bring your banking details if you have not registered this information with Medicare. Please also let the receptionist know if you feel you require a long appointment so extra time is allowed for you.

Onsite Parking

There is on-site parking at our surgery. Our practice is at the corner of Middleborough Road & Hastings Ave. The entrance for the parking is from Hastings Ave. Once you have parked your vehicle you may enter the practice from the car park.
